Do you ship internationally?Yes we do, please email us at info@flordebarrogallery.com to get a shipping quote to your country. You are responsible for fees and custom taxes. We are not responsible for damages to the pieces when going through customs.

Returns:At Flor de Barro Gallery, we strive to provide the utmost satisfaction with every artwork purchase. However, due to the unique nature of original artwork and limited editions, we have implemented a strict "No Returns" policy. We encourage all patrons to thoroughly review and consider their selections before purchasing. Once an artwork has been purchased, it is considered a final sale. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds unless the artwork has been significantly damaged during transit. In the unfortunate event of damage during shipping, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the artwork, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. (Please see our shipping insurance policy and guarantee.)It is important to note that as handmade works of art, some pieces may exhibit unique characteristics, slight variations, or imperfections, which contribute to their authenticity and value. We highly recommend that customers carefully inspect their chosen artwork before purchasing. Photographs and dimensions are provided for each piece to assist in making an informed decision. Additionally, we are more than happy to address any questions or concerns you may have before finalizing your purchase. What happens if my piece arrives damaged?While we hope that doesn't happen, sometimes things can get damaged during delivery. Please take photos of box condition and packaging upon receipt. Let us know within a week of delivery, after a week we consider your piece as accepted. Refund will be void if pictures for insurance aren't provided of packaging and damaged pieces. Packaging and product must not be thrown away until insurance procedures are finished. Failure to provide any of these requirements will void your refund.

Shipping InfoYour piece will be shipped between 1 and 2 business days, and it will take 2-7 business days to arrive. Shipping is through USPS or UPS. You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your piece(s) is ready to go. All shipping prices are calculated during check out. Each piece includes separate shipping because most of the time it is better to ship each piece separately so they arrive intact to your home.

Are all the pieces original?Yes! At Flor de Barro Gallery all of our pieces are signed by the artist and each piece is unique. We pride ourselves in personally selecting each of our pieces. You will be able to find works from over 50 Mata Ortiz potters, Jesus Guerrero Santos (Guadalajara, Jalisco), Sergio Rodriguez Garcia (Chihuahua, Mexico), and even famous Mexican muralist Rufino Tamayo.

Where is Mata Ortiz?Mata Ortiz is located the Mexican state of Chihuahua about 4 hours south and west of El Paso, Texas, United States. It is a small town of under 2,000 inhabitants that has earned recognition for its popular production of pottery. It is home to Master Artisan Juan Quezada, a celebrated Mexican artist.
